Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and confirmed within one business day of submission. The founder reviews each order for research-use eligibility before a tracking number is issued and the parcel is released to the carrier.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard ground shipping is included with every order; expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Tracking information is emailed once a shipment is dispatched.

Signature & Delivery

All shipments are dispatched with signature requirement on receipt so that research materials reach the named recipient directly. If a shipment cannot be delivered, the carrier will return it to us; the buyer is responsible for arranging redelivery and any associated costs.

Cold-Chain Handling

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit and do not require cold-chain shipping. Bacteriostatic water and reconstituted preparations are not shipped in liquid form — they reach the laboratory in their sealed, unopened state.
